Guest Watercolor Sketches

Guest watercolor sketches are an excellent way to entertain and impress your guests.

The best part is, they will get to take a piece home with them as a souvenir of the day. 

These watercolor sketches are completed in a sketch-style at speed and will feature the details of your guests clothing.

While we aim to do as many guests as possible, here is an estimate of how many sketches each artist can do per hour per style!

Full Color

  • Watercolor and ink sketches made with professional grade watercolors and archival ink on 6” x 9” cold press watercolor paper.  

  • Estimated 6-7 full color sketches per artist, per hour. 

  • Take about 8-10 minutes per sketch

  • Guest are encouraged to be sketched in groups of 2-5 

  • 3 hour minimum*

Black & White

  • Ink sketches made with professional grade archival ink on 6” x 9” cold press watercolor paper.  

  • Estimated 8-10  sketches per artist, per hour. 

  • Take about 6-8 minutes per sketch

  • Guest are encouraged to be sketched in groups of 2-5 

  • 3 hour minimum*

Two Toned

  • Ink and Watercolor sketches made with professional grade watercolors and archival ink on 6” x 9” cold press watercolor paper.  

  • Estimated 10-12  sketches per artist, per hour. 

  • These are waist/hip up, with 2-3 colors only sketches to accommodate larger guest counts

  • Take about 4-6 minutes per sketch

  • Guest are encouraged to be sketched in groups of 2-5 

  • 3 hour minimum*

Investment

For 2 artists it is $350 per hour 

 

For 3 artists it is $450 per hour

 

For 4 artists it is $550 per hour

We do charge $50 for our set up/breakdown.

* 8.25% Sales Tax and any additional travel fees will be added to the package price upon booking. (Excludes out of state projects)  

*For events outside of the 77034 area code in Houston (free travel range), we have a 4 hour minimum, travel is dependent on availability as not all of our artists travel.

8x10" - $35

 A $150 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. See travel info below for travel fees and additional fees that may apply to your event.

Travel Information

  • Travel fees are determined on a case by case basis.

  • 4 hour minimum for events 75 miles outside of the 77034 area code in Houston Tx.​

  • If your venue does not have free parking, a $20 parking fee per artist will be added to your project.

  •  A $150 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. Prices include travel 75 miles (150 miles roundtrip) from the 77034 area code in Houston Tx. Mileage outside of the 150 miles roundtrip is $0.56 per mile.

  • Venues 2+ hours away from the 77034 area code in Houston will need a one night hotel stay.

  • Maximum driving distance of 300 miles before requiring airfare. If flying, we will need two nights for hotel stay, and rental car.

  • Any project where travel involves a flight, hotel, and rental car, the travel fee will act as the non-refundable deposit. Projects that require a flight will have a 2 night hotel stay.
